The delicious street festival will roll into the Exchange District for a 6th year on June 14, with all proceeds going to Winnipeg Harvest.
Fast & Furious Feast is an initiative of Give 30, a national grassroots campaign that calls upon people of all beliefs to support their local food bank in the spirit of compassion, community and social solidarity during Ramadan.
What it looks like is a handful of Winnipeg’s tastiest eateries taking to the street for an all-you-can-eat community feast on the streets of Winnipeg’s historic Exchange District.
“All of these amazing Winnipeg restaurants donate 100 per cent of their time and delicious food, and we are very grateful,” says Margaret Koshinsky, communications manager with Winnipeg Harvest. “It’s going to be a terrific summer feast on Albert Street, in our beautiful historic Exchange District.”
