Clean50 nominations open for green Canadian companies

Earth Day marked the launch of Delta Management Group’s seventh drive to find Canada’s Clean50 winners: 50 women and men who have grown clean tech companies, driven green change within their companies, built better policy, planned better cities, greened our grid, or found some significant way to either improve our environment or reduce Canada’s GHG footprint.

Are you one of those 50 people – or do you know them? Go to the Clean50 website and nominate yourself or someone else using the incredibly short Nomination Form.

Don’t be shy or self-deprecating – Canada needs to hear your sustainability / lower carbon success story.

What’s in it for Honourees?

Apart from being featured on the Clean50 web page, in the Globe and Mail in a two-page feature in early December, and receiving a nationally recognized award to leverage in their own strategic plans, Clean50 Honourees are eligible to participate in the full day Clean50 Summit on September 28 in Toronto as guests of Delta Management Group.

The Clean50 Summit affords all participants 3 different opportunities to work with 9-10 other sustainability leaders of widely diverse backgrounds and occupations, from every corner of Canada.  Participants tackle relevant problems together, and in the process, gain and share knowledge and perspective, connecting in a meaningful way with 30 other sustainability leaders in their work groups.

In addition, all Honourees have the ability to further promote their organization’s initiatives in a Globe and Mail Clean50 Report.

Canadians from every sector and from across the country are eligible to be considered, so submit your nomination today.
