Today is Day 7 of Shop Local WPG, we are more than half way over our 12 Days of #ChamberCheer! Today we are focused on the non-profit sector in Winnipeg! This year we encourage you to not only support local businesses, but also the non-profits working to better our community. This coming Tuesday, December 1 is #GIVINGTUESDAY and we encourage you to donate and support these six organizations doing some pretty amazing work.
Snowflake Place:
They are a charitable non-profit organization that offers a central service model for victims of child abuse. They provide a safe, child-friendly and supportive environment where young victims are interviewed as part of a formal investigation into allegations of child abuse.
