Member successes make summer start sweeter

June 20, 2017
It’s the official first day of summer and we couldn’t think of any better way to celebrate than to put the spotlight on some of our members’ recent wins. Here are four recent Winnipeg business home runs that have us standing up and applauding.
Nonsuch Brewing Co. launches four beers

Joining the brewing renaissance in Manitoba, Nonsuch Brewing Co. has set sail with a soft launch of four brews – an Old Ale, Belgian Strong, Saison and Biére de Garde – and some of the most stylish bottles we’ve ever seen.

Fools & Horses at The Forks

One of Broadway’s trendiest joints for caffeine and a spirited discussion has expanded to the city’s iconic heart.

Congratulations to the self-declared fools behind Fools & Horses on opening their second location in The Forks Market building.

Callia Flowers delivers to Calgary

Apparently when you deliver little moments of luxury with seasonal, farm fresh bouquets through an easy online portal, business blossoms.

Congratulations Callia Flowers on adding Calgary to your selection of cities (Winnipeg, Edmonton, Vancouver) where you help make people feel special.

Environmentally friendly dust control

Earlier this week Cypher Environmental cut the ribbon on their new Winnipeg production facility for Dust Stop Municipal Blend – an environmentally friendly liquid mixture that increases road stability and decreases dust.

Developed in collaboration with Red River College thanks to a grant from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council, DSMB shows the economic potential of environmental innovation. Outstanding.
