ABOUT YOUR PANELISTS:

JUSTIN PHILLIPS, SYCAMORE ENERGY
Justin Phillips is President and Founding Partner of Sycamore   Energy Inc., and most recently Solar Manitoba a solar and renewable energy   developer with clients throughout Manitoba, USA, and the  Caribbean. He   launched this sustainable business in 2008 and has been an advocated in   Manitoba for alternative sources of energy for years. In 2012, he pitched his   idea on CBC Television’s Dragon’s Den. 

MICHELLE LALONDE, TIBER RIVER

President and owner, Michelle Lalonde has an Arts degree from the University of Winnipeg, majoring in Business Administration and a Diploma in Business Administration from Red River College with a major in Entrepreneurship.  She has over 18 years of experience in the corporate sales and marketing area and previously owned and operated a gift boutique for a couple of years where she met Adriana.  She oversees all sales activities for TRN and has a strong focus on building the TRN brand and growing the 4 year old Direct Sales Division Tiber AT Home.

Michelle is the driving force behind the many growth opportunities presented to and created by Tiber River Naturals Inc. She is extremely creative and has developed many partnerships with well-known companies that have helped establish the brand of TRN. In addtion, Michelle has extensive human relations skills that have allowed her to successfully oversee both the retail locations and the Tiber At Home direct sales division focusing on growing the numbers of sales consultants across Canada and increasing brand awareness.  Creating Happiness Naturally one consultant, one customer at a time!

HEATHER DAYMOND, SHUT UR PIE HOLE
A sassy single mother of two transformed her love of pie into a   business with an equally sassy name. While standard pie sizes are available   and equally delicious, Shut Ur Pie Hole specializes in individual pies in   little mason jars in a variety of flavours. The concept came to Heather when   she was shopping for baking supplies one afternoon. She noticed decorative   mason jars and wondered if she could use them instead of pie plates.
